How Do I Know If My Packaged Has Shipped And On Its Way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or FedEx) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

What If My Credit Card Declined?

If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy.

You don’t need an account with us to place order. We offer guest checkout functionality for easy checkout, however customers are still provided the opportunity to sign up with us upon checkout

How Do I Track My Order?

We know how important your order is! Cool Apparel provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you would kindly print and fill out the return form included in your package, and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit via E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. If you need a copy of the returns form, please click HERE.

Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the form of an E-Gift Card in the amount of your damaged item, plus the cost of shipping the return up to a maximum of $10.00 USD. In order to receive credit for your returned shipping costs, you must include a copy of the receipt in your shipment.

Helpful hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
